Quickie #16

Quickie #16: Make a quickie that is harmful.

By attaching thumbtacks all over my hand, I can sharply poke anyone I touch.

Quickie #15

Quickie #15: Make a quickie that protects the wearer.

This quickie protects the wearer from painful falls on the tailbone while rollerblading.

Quickie #11

Quickie # 11:  Make a quickie that attaches the wearer to a public place or thing.

Although the bathroom is not a typical public place, it gets a lot of traffic in my house with 3 girls sharing the same one.  But by attaching my little sister to the faucet on the sink (with sports pre-wrap), it makes the bathroom much harder to use, because it is now impossible to use the sink, and because no one wants another person in the bathroom with them while they are trying to use it.

Quickie #10

Quickie #10: Make a quickie that repels people.

This quickie consists of 3 pairs of sharp scissors attached around my stomach by 2 belts, and discourages anyone from getting too close to me (no hugs!).

Quickie #9

Quickie #9: Make a quickie that makes noise.

I made ankle attachments out of crumpled newspaper that brush together while the wearer is walking.

Quickie #8

Quickie #8: Make a quickie that attaches at least two people together.

While making this quickie, my sister and I found that it is EXTREMELY hard to move while our legs are together in the same pair of sweatpants...  (we almost fell down about 6 times while trying to photograph this).

Quickie #6

Quickie #6:  Make a quickie that enhances the movement of the body.

My little sister plays piano, but her hands are fairly small, so I attached popsicle sticks to her thumb so that she could reach across a greater number of keys while playing the piano.  With my quickie, she can reach across an interval of 11 keys.
